Attaining a healthy level of self-esteem is a lifelong pursuit. And once attained, it is not guaranteed for life. Actively managing your level of self-esteem every day is the only way to ensure that it does not subside. In this section, I identify the two primary sources of self-esteem and also provide tips on how to build and maintain self-esteem.
